FEATURES
IPM Transfer Pumps deliver with reliability in their design
and diversity in their capabilities
The IP-01 is a general purpose transfer pump designed for use
with a wide variety of materials. The air driven motor is capable
of stalling against pressure in order to maintain positive pressure.
•
Fully air operated
•
2 ball piston design provides uniform positive displacement
•
Extremely durable pump with long life packing

TECHNICAL

Consistent feed pressures and flow rates for consistent results
•
Piston style air motor allows compact pump design, best suited
for use a drum transfer pump
•
Metal air motor and fluid housings provide more durable port
threads, resist cross threading
•
Modular, two-piece construction allows fast service without
the need to disassemble the entire pump assembly.
•
In-the-drum pump tube positions the pumping piston at or below
the surface of the material being pumped.
Result: better suction characteristics, more complete filling.
•
Ball check foot valve proviudes superior operation especially
with gritty or contaminated materials, delivers longer life
and higher pressure operation

APPLICATION
Giving the ability to handle a range of applications
IPMs Transfer Pumps are some of the most flexible in the market
today.
Feeding
-
Use it as a means to feed two or more fluid components from
a container to a proportioning machine. The pumps are directly
inserted into the drum. All you need is an air line to drive
the pumps. Simple.
-
Recommended pumps are
IP-01,
IP-02,
OP232C
Fluid Transfer
-
Use it as a means to transfer fluid of various viscosities
from a container.
-
Wide range of pump ratios to choose from for various fluid
viscosities.
Circulate
-
Use as means to circulate paints or other fluid mediums
-
Wide range of pressure ratios to suit various viscosities
-
Driven by just one compressed air line
-
Explosion proof
Spray Applications
-
Conventional Air Spray
-
HVLP Air Spray
-
Air-Assisted Airless Spray
-
Airless Spray
